RETURNS & WARRANTY
: This item comes with a five day, full return privilege after delivery. An instrument can be returned for any reason within the 5-Day Right-of-Return period for a refund, excluding shipping costs. A purchased item may only be returned with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply contact us either by phone, by FAX or by e-mail with details of the return. SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All items are professionally packed to arrive undamaged. UPS is our standard shipping carrier worldwide. On international orders we try to ship via the mail, but please be aware that there are size restrictions that may make it impossible to ship via the mail. USPS surface and airmail are not traceable outside the USA even if you insure it. Once shipped we are not responsible for what happens to it. All claims for lost or broken items must be handled by the buyer. I will gladly ship via any service you wish USPS, Fedex or UPS.
