Mr. Luis Antonio Rodríguez, to commemorate his 45 years of research and publishing articles on Puerto Rico Numismatics, Exonumia, and Medals, since 1966. Mr. Rodriguez has published 542 articles on most major local newspapers, as well as 10 specialized magazines, and also has its own publishing company, Ediciones Arybet, through which he has published more than half a dozen books.

It reads ARYBET Editorials, (of Mr.) Luis Antonio Rodriguez, (of ) Ponce (Puerto Rico) 45 years of writing (the) Numismatics (history of ) in Puerto Rico. pieces, each being 35mm in total size, 6.6 grams total weight, using 2009-D pennies (92% Zinc coated in 8% Copper) inside an aluminum ring. Total of 50 complete sets produced. Each piece comes in 2   " x  2   " plastic inserts to preserve their factory shine.
