Description:
Motorized chassis taking z scale by storm! Runs on normal z scale tracks and controllers. Minimum radius is 45mm curves (tight!).
This powered chassis does not include a shell and comes with light gray trucks. It is the preferred underchassis for the SW1200 and other aftermarket kits for making USA switcher locos.
Many are using these with customized shells, but it is designed to run with the Rokuhan Z-Shorty car Shinkansen shells.
Chassis come with "Arnold" type coupler, but can be retrofitted with AZL/MTL type couplers (A019/A020) or Marklin type couplers (A021/A022). These are OPTIONAL and added items also available from z.scale.hobo.
