Large 16" Vintage 8 OZ Commercial / Restaurant Metal Ladle

This is a Large 16" Vintage 8 OZ Metal Ladle.
The ladle is an estate item that we purchase many years ago.  The large ladle is thought to be a commercial / restaurant piece but we do not know for sure.
There is no maker's mark.  The handle is stamped with 8 OZ 237 ML as seen in a closeup photo.
The bowl has a 4" top diameter and the overall length including the bowl and handle is about 16".
We do not know the age of the piece specifically.

Condition:
